James Dews of Miami hit a clutch 15 footer at the buzzer to beat Georgia Tech by 2 points but the Yellow Jackets can blame 8 other 15 footers for their loss. Poor free throw shooting is an epidemic that affects every level of basketball competition and Wednesday night was no different as the Yellow Jackets shot a lowly 50% from the free throw line. ( 8 of 16) Those 8 uncontested points could have easily given the Yellow Jackets the win.
